Royal Mail tracked services successfully deliver in one to three days for 99% of all orders. Sometimes you may have to wait an extra day for your parcel to arrive.

Dpd services successfully deliver within 24 hours for 99% of all orders.

Check your safe place and with your neighbours

If you were out when delivery was attempted, Royal Mail may have either left the parcel in the safe place that you entered when you placed your order, or with your neighbour.

Please check with your neighbours and have a look in your safe place if you chose one.

Your parcel may have been returned to the delivery office

If your parcel was not left in your safe place or with a neighbour, it may have been taken back to the delivery office.

The postal service should have left a calling card telling you they have done this. Follow the instructions on the calling card to either rearrange delivery or to collect your parcel.

If they did not leave a card, please take some ID such as a credit card or driving license with you as they will need this before they can let you have the parcel.

If you have a faulty item, please clearly state this when you email us and we will email you back with a Freepost address you may use within the first 30 days of purchase, for customers based in the UK.

The Freepost address is only for the use of returning faulty items from within the UK. When we receive the item back here it will be checked, if the item is not faulty and the Freepost address has been used, then there will be a charge of £3.50 plus vat for the cost of postage.

If you are based outside of the UK we do not cover any postage charges to return items back to us under any circumstances.

Any discrepancies or damaged items need to be reported to us within 36 hours of being delivered by emailing us at returns@apose.co.uk

Replacement faulty items are sent back out to you free of charge.

All items that are returned as faulty MUST be thoroughly cleaned before returning. For reasons of hygiene, any item returned in a dirty condition will not be checked and the returned item will be refused. Postage costs will apply to return it back to you.

We offer a one year warranty on everything, if the item develops a fault within three months we can offer a refund or exchange, after three months, it is an exchange only.

Returns Policy in Depth

Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods. For the goods to be returned if they are not broken, the following terms have to be met.

  1. The goods must be unused.
  2. The goods must be returned in original condition & packaging.
  3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  5. The goods must be received back within 30 days from the day you received the order.
  6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  7. Any discrepancies or damaged items need to be reported within 36 hours of being delivered.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods.

Items received that are incorrect must not have the packing opened or tampered, we must be notified as soon as it is convenient and we will advise full instructions for an exchange. Incorrect products received with security seals or sealed packaging which are opened by the customer cannot then be returned for an exchange as they have been accepted by the customer.

If an item is returned and found not to be faulty, postage costs will be payable to return the item if requested.

You have the right to cancel your order for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Customers cancelling their order outside of the returns policy are liable for the cost of return postage.

Goods must be unopened, sealed with all tags, boxes and/or packaging and in the same condition as when dispatched. Refunds will then be processed within 7 days and issued using the same method of payment to place the order.

Apose work on a same day dispatch system, so please try, and cancel your order on the same day as ordering to avoid the inconvenience of returning your order.
